TERMS OF SERVICE

(IT'S EASIER TO TALK THROUGH DISCORD, THAT PLATFORM WOULD BE RECOMMENDED FOR COMMISSIONS)

1. PROCESS AND SOME CLARIFICATIONS

  • I don't work without a character reference (image or ref sheet of the character), only text descriptions are NOT accepted in any way.

  • The characters used for the commission must be of the customer's property/have the permission to use them.

  • I'll send WIPS for the customer approval as I work on the commission.

  • If the customer wants a commission with some kind of deadline, (birthday gift or something similar) it MUST be asked with minimum a month of anticipation.

  • The finished commissions can be used for my future commissions references and for social media upload. It must be notified in advance if the customer doesn't wants their artwork to be shared.

  • It also must be notified if the customer doesn't want me to list their name on my Trello board.

  • Providing an email for the highest quality of the final piece is optional, the customer can always ask for this option.

2. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

  • The payment is through PayPal. If the customer is from Chile, the customer can ask for the option of using Banco Estado - CuentaRut for an easier process.

  • The commission is divided in TWO parts of payment, the first one before I start, and the second one once I finish the sketch and give the WIP of it to the customer.

  • The customer, if it prefers it that way, can ask for a FULL FIRST PAYMENT.

  • If the customer doesn't pay in the established order I can't either start or finish the commission.

  • The customer can ask for free changes on the piece 2 times, after that I'll start to charge a little fee for each change.

  • Big changes are only accepted on the sketch phase.

  • Since I'm studying now I'll probably take more time than usual on a commission than before, please I ask patience about this, my studies will always be prioritized. But I'll always try to finish as soon as I can.

  • If the commission takes more time than expected, the customer will always be notified about it.

  • Once the commission process starts (First payment) there's no chance of refunds!

3. PERMITTED USES AND CREDITS

  • The customer can use and post their artwork anywhere as long as is just for personal use.

  • Just remember to credit me as the artist and it'll be ok.

  • Any kind of use of my commission artwork with commercial purposes isn't allowed by any way. Unless we reach a reasonable agreement.

4.- ABOUT SUGGESTIVE AND NSFW

  • If the customer is interested in a suggestive type of commission, they'll have to specify it when the order is being taken.

  • These type of commissions will not be uploaded to my main account, but the customer can always share it as they wants.

  • The customer can also ask for NSFW commissions, depending on the type of commission it is I'll see if I can do it or not, these will have an added price of 40% the original price, since these are another type of drawings from what I'm used to do.

  • Humans.

  • Mechas.

  • Vehicles.

  • Hateful / Political stuff.

WHAT I WILL DRAW:

  • SFW.

  • Suggestive.

  • NSFW (+ 40%)

  • Furries.

  • Character ref sheets.

  • Fanarts.

  • Memes.

  • Stickers

  • Soft gore.

You can always ask for a commission as long as the STATUS NOTIFICATION above says so.To apply for a commission you just need to send me a DM with what idea you would like to do, then I'll see if I can take your order or not.I would ask you to please read my T.O.S first, to know how I work and how everything should be in the process.The prices will show on USD. (You can ask about the convertion to CLP).Adding an aditional character costs an additional 50% from the original price.The prices can change with the time!!!

Icon commissions are a bust illustration of your character with any expression of your choice.

Halbody commissions are a illustration of your character from the head to the thighs, with any expression or pose of your choice.

Fullbody commissions are a full illustration of your character, with any expression or pose of your choice.
The background price may increase depending on the complexity.

CHARACTER REF SHEETS

Character sheets are a compilation of poses of your character as a reference with the base colors, details and some accesories.

BASE PRICE (THE CHARACTER + NAME): $20 USD
ㅤADD-ONS:BACK/SIDE: $10 USDEXTRA POSE: $10 USDEXTRA EXPRESSION/PROP: $8 USD

CHARACTER PAGE

Character pages are a pack of drawings in the same illustration, they can be up to 6 drawings between full bodies, half bodies and headshots of the same character.
You can also add another character as the price of an extra pose in the page.You can alternate between the type of drawings you want to add, the price will raise or not depending of the amount of drawings and type of drawings you want to add, but the maximum is always 6 drawings per page and the minimum must be of 2 drawings of any type.

ADD ONE FULLBODY: $20 USD (SHADING: +$6)ADD ONE HALFBODY: $12 USD / (SHADING: +$6)ADD ONE BUST: $8 USD (SHADING: +$4)

ALL-OUT STYLE

These are a special type of illustration, simulating Persona 5's All-Out Attack style, to represent the personality of your character with background elements and text of your choice!

I don't have specific prices for character design work, (like starting something new from 0) but we can always talk about it to reach an agreement depending on what's being asked to do.
